This red vermouth from Spain is made in accordance with an old recipe passed down through several generations of the Acha family. It is made from a blend of a neutral wine and alcohol macerated with a selection of traditional botanicals including wormwood, gentian, and cherry. A sipping vermouth, it is meant to be served on the rocks but will also work exceptionally well in cocktails.
