Delivery Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing your order you have represented to Heights Chateau that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

Neighborhood Delivery:

We offer fast free bike delivery (2 cases max) to most of Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill. See the map below for our bike delivery area.

Van Delivery (Brooklyn, Manhattan & Queens) Monday & Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. For Saturday delivery please contact the store 718.330.0963. 

We deliver to Brooklyn for FREE! To Manhattan and Queens, delivery is FREE with a minimum purchase of $150. Otherwise a delivery charge of $25.00 will apply. Please allow 24-48 hours for delivery. Need an expedited order? Give us a call!

New York State Shipping (Including Staten Island & The Bronx):

For deliveries outside of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, Heights Chateau uses FedEx, unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend shipping to a place of business- as all alcoholic beverages need to be signed for by an adult.

Out of State Shipping:

Heights Chateau uses FedEx Ground on all packages unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend shipping to a place of business- as all alcoholic beverages need to be signed for by an adult. We are prohibited from shipping spirits (Vodka, Bourbon, Scotch, Cognac, etc.). Please call us for further questions for shipping alternatives. 

By law, we can only deliver wine to certain states. Please find below a list of states which are legal to ship to. If you reside or wish to receive a shipment in a state that is not allowed to receive alcoholic beverages, please contact your local elected officials and let them know you support direct shipping of wine.

Heights Chateau does NOT ship to the following states for legal reasons and individual internal state laws: Alabama (AL), Alaska (AK), Arkansas (AR), Delaware (DE), Kentucky (KY), Illinois (IL), Massachusetts (MA), Maryland (MD), Michigan (MI), Mississippi (MS),Maine (ME), Montana (MT), New Hampshire (NH),Oklahoma (OK), Pennsylvania (PA), Rhode Island (RI), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX) and Utah (UT).
