Dolin vermouths are notably lighter, drier, and less pungent than their commercial counterparts. Made from the same recipes since 1821, this French-based brand has long been the standard-bearer of fine vermouth, but only recently has the producer begun exporting its bottles to the U.S. again. The combination of the fine wines of the region and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chambery creates a fresh and elegant nose, with a subtle and complex palate.
