Markus Hüls apprenticed with Markus Molitor in the Mosel before acquiring some vines of his own and starting this domaine in Kröv. Strength of expression, on top of Mosel purity, are the hallmarks of his winemaking style, or rather grape-growing style, as it all happens in the vineyard. Markus took over the family's winery ten years ago, in 2012. Since then, he has switched from conventional to organic/biodynamic farming. With aromas of citrus, green apple, and white pepper, his is a lively, refreshing Riesling with a long-lasting slate and mineral aftertaste.
