Located in the town of Torrelavit, about thirty minutes outside of Barcelona, Caves Naveran began in 1901 as a project of the Naveran family. Today the 272-acre estate belongs to Michel Guillieron Parellada, who farms the vineyards organically and focuses intently on showing the purity, youth and bright flavor character of the three indigenous grapes used to make the cava. This is an estate-bottled cava that spends at least twelve months on its lees after fermentation in the bottle to achieve greater depth, complexity and elegance. This is a bright, energetic sparkler, with aromas of melon and Meyer lemon anda palate of ripe citrus and orchard fruit flavors.
