This domaine in Bué is in its fourth generation of family ownership, with Daniel Crochet having taken the reins in 1996. The vineyards here comprise a little less than 25 acres, all on either clay-limestone or pebbly limestone, an all are farmed organically. His Sancerre rosé is 100% Pinot Noir from vines that are between 30 and 33 years old; it has seductive aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries and is perfectly balanced and beautifully fresh on the palate.
