Mal Bien - Mezcal Espadin (Morales) (1L)
Organized in 2016, “Mal Bien” is the working name for a group of mezcal aficionados who spend their time traveling throughout Mexico, searching out traditional mezcal producers whose production they then bottle and export under the “Mal Bien” name. Oscar Morales is the fourth generation of the Morales family to produce mezcal in the town of San Dionisio Ocotepec. He uses the land, techniques, and equipment of his father Lucio, for whom this expression is named. This is an entry-level espadin, but well-rounded and complete, suitable either for sipping or for use in one of your favorite cocktails.
