Shebang is produced by the Bedrock Wine Co., the brainchild of hotshot young winemaker Morgan Twain-Peterson, son of Joel Peterson, the founder of Ravenswood. (Morgan claims to be making his wine in a converted chicken coop, but we somehow doubt that.) The wine is a non-vintage blend made from great Sonoma fruit, primarily Syrah and Zinfandel; rich, ripe, and easy to drink, this is a great-value red with wonderful blackberry tones and amazing structure.
