The Sella & Mosca property in Sardinia is one of Italy’s most impressive and progressive wine estates. Impeccably maintained, this 1,600-acre estate is credited with placing Sardinian wines firmly on the international wine-lover’s map. Sella & Mosca’s 1,600-acre estate, I Piani, constitutes the second largest contiguous vineyard in Italy, covering more than 1,200 acres of vines. It is one of the largest wine estates in Europe, and all of the wines here are made from estate-grown grapes. This wine is 100% Cannonau (Grenache), bright and light, polished and flavorful, with notes of cherries and berries with herbal accents, soft, polished tannins, and a touch of spice on the finish.
