Segal's started life as a distillery, founded in 1925 in Tel Aviv by brothers Elhanan and Yehezkel who had emigrated from Germany. In 1954 the family decided to concentrate on wine production and moved the winery to Ramle. In 2001 the winery was bought out by the Barkan Group. Recognizing the quality and tradition of Segal's wines, Barkan has allowed it to be managed as an independent winery, with its own unique production process. Segal's Fusion White is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc; fresh, young, and easy to drink, it offers citrus and tropical aromas, refreshing acidity, and a crisp, fruity finish.
