Jean-Baptiste Geoffroy is a fifth-generation vigneron in Champagne, located in the Vallée de la Marne region; his family has winegrowing roots in the village of Cumières dating back nearly four hundred years, but it was Jean-Baptiste's father René who made the decision in the 1970s to no longer sell his grapes to the big Champagne houses but instead to make Champagne on his own. This Rosé de Saignée Brut is 100% Pinot Noir, a dense rosé Champagne, full-bodied, with lots of fruit and a spicy finish.
