The Gessler family immigrated from Switzerland to Gascony in 1928. The winery is now in its fourth generation of family ownership, currently with 20 employees. This is a classic white Gascon blend, a mix of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, and Sauvignon Blanc; with a nose of fresh-cut flowers, it is round and lush on the palate, lemony and at the same time a bit buttery, with bursting acidity.
