Le Cadeau is the project of Deb and Tom Mortimer, who bought an uncultivated parcel of land on the south slope of Parrett Mountain, just a few miles east of Newberg, Oregon, in the Chehalem Mountains AVA in 1997. Their 16-acre vineyard was developed with the singular focus of growing distinct and complex Pinot noir. Made entirely from estate-grown fruit, this is a ripe, robust Pinot packed with fruit flavors of strawberries and cherries and highlighted with barrel flavors of toasted coffee beans.
