Founded in 1983 in Katzrin, in the Golan Heights, the Golan Heights Winery is jointly owned by eight Israeli settlements, which also supply the grapes for the wines. Their best-known label is without doubt Yarden, the label under which this wine appears. This seductive white, one of the winery’s most popular offerings, brings together Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier, and Chardonnay; complex yet eminently drinkable, it offers aromas and flavors of citrus, honeysuckle, melon, and peach, layered with hints of tropical fruits and spice.
