Dow's - Vintage Port 2016 (750ml)
Dow's is owned and managed by the fourth generation of the Symington family, producers of the finest Port for more than two centuries. The family supervises all the vineyards, winemaking and ageing of this wine. Dow's Vintage Ports are only produced in years of exceptional quality and represent only a very small part of the total company's production in that year. On average only two or three times every ten years are the weather conditions sufficiently good to allow for the making of Dow's Vintage Port. The 2016 Vintage Port is very floral, intense and ripe: this is a wine that is based around big black fruits as well as fine acidity. It is obviously destined for long aging, with its powerful dry tannins and perfumed acidity. Drink this wine from 2028.
