Located in Marey-lès-Fussey, above Beaune and Nuits Saint Georges. This is a family estate that was created in the early 1960s. The estate is today in the hands of Nicolas Thevenot, who took over from his father and uncle in 2009. Thevenot manages some 70 acres of vineyard extending over three appellations: Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Bourgogne Aligoté. This white is 100% Chardonnay, bright, clean, and refreshing, done entirely in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit.
