The Vincent family are proud owners of Chateau Fuisse, which dates back to 1604 and has been in the Vincent family for five generations. Under the Famille Vincent label they produce a wide range of wines made with the same care and expertise as those made at the chateau. Made primarily from grapes sourced from Mâconnais vineyards owned by members of Antoine Vincent’s family, these wines are of extremely high quality and represent remarkable value. This Bourgogne Chardonnay is produced as a tribute to Jean-Jacques Vincent, who managed the estate for more than forty years. To preserve a fresh fruit character, 70% of the wine is vinified in stainless steel while the remainder spends about six months in oak; it is dense and rich, fresh and subtle on the palate, with a good length and finesse.
