In the same family since the early 19th century, this estate is today in the very capable hands of Joel and Sylvie Cirotte, who are now teaching their children, Fabien and Marie, the art of winemaking. Theirs is a classy Sauvignon Blanc, with a bouquet of white flowers and exotic fruits; you may enjoy it now with something like an asparagus risotto, but this wine will also provide a pleasant surprise after a few years of bottle aging
