Col di Luna dates its beginnings to the 1780s, when Antonio Maria Casagrande Cosmo moved from Venice to Treviso, north of the city, at the foot of the Dolomites, and planted his first vineyard there. Still in the hands of the same family today, Col di Luna is a highly successful producer of several different versions of prosecco, this Brut Flora being their brut nature (zero dosage) version. Bone dry, it has aromas and flavors of wildflowers and apples with brisk acidity and compelling minerality.
