The viticultural origins of the Trimbach family date back to 1626. For almost four centuries, the family has been promoting Alsace and its history, its exceptional terroirs and fine wines and spirits. Today, the family is led by Hubert Trimbach, nephews Jean and Pierre, and his daughter Anne, the eldest of the 13th generation. As great as the family’s stature is in the international wine world they are equally esteemed for their line of eaux-de-vie. Their Poire William is a classic pear brandy, pure and clear, with aromas of ripe pears, crisp and clean, with pure pear fruit flavors and a long finish.
