Artisanal distillers in Alameda, California since 1982, St. George has grown from a one-man operation to a diverse operation with a diverse team making a broad range of craft spirits. St. George has used twice as much juniper in the Dry Rye than in the other gins they've ever produced. There are warming notes of pepper and caraway that impart an intriguing flavor, while the addition of rye gives it a sweet malty character.
