St. Agrestis was founded in 2014 in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn by two sommeliers returning to New York after a two-month-long trip through Italy. The trip furthered their passion for the unique regional Italian aperitivi and amari, and became the inspiration to create their own versions. Designed around the spritz, the St. Agrestis Paradiso Aperitivo is citrus driven with more layered herbal characteristics, floral notes and a bittersweet finish.
