Located in downtown Frederick, Maryland, McClintock Distilling wasfounded by TylerHegemyer, Braden Bumpers, and their families in 2016, naming it for McClintock Young, a renowned local inventor in the early 1800s. They use only 100% organic grains to produce their hand-crafted gins, vodkas, and whiskys, and all of their production methods are sustainable and environmentally friendly. Their Gardener’s Gin is a seasonal, summer-style sipping gin, bright and refreshing for warm summer days. The base flavor elements are lavender, cucumber, and mint, finished with three different citrus peels and aged in Madeira wine casks; the result is a pink-colored gin with a bright floral nose and a cool and refreshing mouthfeel.
