Founded in 1857 by a tavern owner and tequila producer named Lazaro Gaillardo, remains today a family-owned business, but one that has grown to be the producer of Mexico’s #1 tequila. Artfully crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, it is made with only the finest agaves roasted in traditional brick ovens and distilled slowly in small batches. With aromatic notes of toasted oak, chocolate, caramel, and nuts, this anejo is soft and complex with a slightly sweet taste and a balanced profile.
