In 1992, Noe Booker introduced his own signature bourbon, Booker's True Barrel Bourbon. Inspired by a 200-year-old tradition, it is the first Bourbon bottled straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered. It's bottled at its natural proof of between 121 and 127, and aged between six and eight years. Booker’s newest release, “The Beam House Batch,” is named in tribute to Noe’s happy memories of the family home. Powerfully spicy on the nose, this is a bold and potent bourbon, generous on the palate, with a long dry finish.
