The viticultural origins of the Trimbach Family date back to 1626. For almost four centuries, the family has been promoting Alsace and its history, its exceptional terroirs and fine wines. Today, the family vineyard is led by Hubert Trimbach, nephews Jean and Pierre, and his daughter Anne, the eldest of the 13th generation. Theirs has been called “a perfect ‘basic’ dry Alsace Riesling”: it is medium-bodied, with subtle pear and lemon fruit set in a light-bodied frame, with great elegance at the long, austere finish.
