Zuccardi, one of the most successful family-run wineries in Argentina, created Bodega Santa Julia in honor of Julia Zuccardi, a member of the third generation of the family. The winery represents the family’s commitment to producing the highest quality wines through organic and sustainable practices that protect the environment and uplift the local community. Sustainable practices include organic farming, compost production, bottling in lightweight glass, and solar power at the winery. “Innovacion” is one of the core values of the winery, and that working with some nontraditional varieties and/or blends. This red is a 70/30 blend of Tempranillo and Malbec; it has aromas of berries, plums and violets and is easy on the palate, with soft tannins and good acidity.
