Rose pamplemousse, a cocktail made by blending rose wine with grapefruit juice, has long been a summer favorite on the French Riviera. So much so that in the last five or six years a couple of French producers have marketed pre-mixed commercial versions of the drink. Ruby Red is the first of these versions to reach our shores. It sports an unmistakable grapefruit bouquet followed by juicy fruit flavors that are very dry yet refreshing with a lively grapefruity finish.
