Agricola Centolani is a world-famous wine estate located in the heart of Montalcino; owned by the Peluso Centolani family, it comprises two major wine estates in Montalcino: Tenuta Friggiali, with cellars and offices, and Tenuta Pietranera, whose vineyards, olive groves, arable land and woods cover approximately 500 acres. Their Rosso is 100% Sangiovese from 15-year-old vines; fermented in stainless steel with 22 days of skin contact, then aged six months in Slavonian oak followed by six months in bottle, this is a red with elegant aromas of violets, fresh fruit and spice, a refined palate with pleasing tannins and a long smooth finish.
