The Moncuit family can trace their origins as grape growers in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger to the end of the 19th century. Since 1977, sister-brother duo Nicole and Yves Moncuit have shared the management of the estate. Moncuit champagnes, even the non-vintage ones, are always from a single vintage, in an effort to more precisely express the characteristics of the individual growing season. This “Delos,” named for Yves and Nicole’s mother (Her maiden name), from grand cru vineyards in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, is a rich, ripe wine with great minerality amd fruit and toast in harmony.
