Located in Saiano, in the Franciacorta region, Mirabella was founded in 1979 by the Schiavi family, which continues to own and run the winery today. It is housed in a former wine co-operative dating back to the 1940s, of which it preserves, among other things, the valuable concrete fermentation tanksthat were constructed at the same time as the building. Mirabella manages more than 100 acres of organic vineyards, a quarter of which are planted with Pinot Bianco vines. Their Blanc de Blancs, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, is an elegant sparkler, yeasty on the nose, fruity, lively, and balanced on the palate.
