Established in 1950, Jaillance is a winegrowing cooperative representing a collaboration of more than 200 winegrowers. This Cremant is made mostly from Semillon but its profile is dry and rich. Elegant and complex on the nose, it offers aromas of white flowers, sweet almonds and marjoram. On the palate it offers creamy mousse and pleasing balance with brioche notes on the finish.
