Karydas - Xinomavro 2019 (750ml)
Dating from 1994, Domaine Karydas is the effort of a father and son team, Konstantinos and Petros Karydas, who pare passionately devoted to one, and only one, grape, Xinomavro. Their winery is located in Ano Gastra, considered one of the best grape-growing regions in Naoussa. Their small vineyard comprises six acres, and their self-appointed mission is to produce a traditional single-vineyard Xinomavro with very little intervention. This is an intensely characterful and extremely age-worthy version of this indigenous Greek grape, reminiscent of a top-notch Nebbiolo.
