Located in Marey-lès-Fussey, above Beaune and Nuits Saint Georges. This is a family estate that was created in the early 1960s. The estate is today in the handsof Nicolas Thevenot, who took over from his father and uncle in 2009. Thevenot manages some 70 acres of vineyard extending over three appellations: Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Bourgogne Aligoté. This is a single-vineyard Pinot from the Hautes Côtes de Nuits, packed with black fruit, with floral and spicy notes. The tannic structure is solid, with nice finesse and a long finish.
