Paul Fuchs, who took over from his parents Henry and Cathy in 2010, represents the fourth generation of Alsatian winemakers in this family. The domaine’s 21 acres are planted to seven different varietals, from which Paul makes 20 different wines. The domaine has been certified biodynamic since 2011. This white is 90% Pinot Auxerrois and 10% Pinot Blanc from late-maturing 45-50-year-old vines; medium- to full-bodied, it has a ripe and fruity nose that leads to a round and juicy/fleshy, mouth-filling palate, with fine grip on the flavorful finish.
