Suze - Gentiane Liqueur (700ml)
A French version of bitters, Suze was first produced in 1885 when a distillery owner, Fernand Moureaux, invented an aperitif drink made by distilling gentian roots. The brand has been owned by Pernod since 1965. Although it is bitter, it has a beautiful soft citrus undertone with some sweetness and is very refreshing.
