Artisanal distillers in Alameda, California since 1982, St. George has grown from a one-man operation to a diverse operation with a diverse team making a broad range of craft spirits. Their Botanivore, or “botanical eating") gin is made using 19 different botanicals; similar to the London dry style of gin, it has flavors that range from black peppercorn and coriander to citrus, with a fresh herbaceous character in the nose, floral, citrus peel and a slight sweetness on the palate.
