Bottled in Puerto Rico by Edmundo Fernandez Inc., this is a brown rum distilled from molasses and aged a minimum of six to ten years in used whisky and bourbon barrels. The older of the two rums from Barrilito, the 3 star shows the extra time spent aging in its heavier weight and its slightly smoky flavor that doesn't overpower the rum taste.
