Redemption produces a young, spicy bourbon made for those who like a healthy dose of rye with their corn. With a mash bill that contains over 38% rye, you can't get much higher and legally call it a bourbon. Aging for just over two years, the resulting whiskey is light and bright with great balance between sweet and peppery notes. Though it works great as a sipper, this should add an interesting twist to your bourbon-based cocktails.
