Located in Goa, on the southwestern coast of India, Jin Jiji is one of two gins produced at Nao Spirits, under the direction of Anand Virmani and Jay Dhawan. Jin Jiji is unique in two regards: it is distilled in a copper pot still and it is made with a selection of botanicals that could be assembled nowhere else in the world: the juniper is wild juniper from the Himalayas, and other botanicals include black tea, angelica root, orris root, cashew nuts, tulsi (holy basil), and chamomile. This is a well-rounded, distinctive gin that will do well in a wide range of cocktails.
