Hangar One Citron is made with whole fresh fruit using Buddha's Hand citrons. One of the oldest citrus fruits, Buddha's Hands don't have any flesh; they're entirely pith, but their pith is sweet, not bitter. This allows the distiller to get incredible depth of flavor without having to deal with high-acid citrus juice, which is hard to stabilize in a bottle and has less complexity.
