Produced by the Sazerac Company, this is a cinnamon flavored whisky-based liqueur. Its foundation is Canadian whisky and the taste resembles that of the candy with a similar name, Atomic Fireball. It was originally part of a line of schnapps developed by Seagrams in the 1980s, supposedly the product of a Canadian bartender’s effort to warm up from an Arctic blast. It has a fiery cinnamon kick and a smooth whisky finish.
