The city of Barcelona boasts a rich aperitif culture, and so it is not surprising that the newest offering in that category, which some are calling "the ultimate aperitivo" or "the Spanish alternative to Aperol," hails from there. Building on a white wine base, it achieves geat aromatic complexity with the maceration of moe than thirty Mediterranean botanicals, ranging from herbal notes of basil and thyme to spicy notes of ginger to deep fruit notes of ripe citrus. It is smooth on the palate with intense citrus freshness and just the right level of bitterness.
