Bisquit Dubouché is a venerable cognac brand that has been producing exceptional spirits for over two centuries. The brand was founded in 1819 by Alexandre Bisquit, a wine merchant based in the Cognac region. Bisquit's son, Adrien, expanded the business by producing cognac, and the brand soon became known for its exceptional quality and refinement. In the early 20th century, the Dubouché family acquired the brand, and the Bisquit Dubouché cognacs became one of the most sought-after spirits in the world. This is their VSOP, made almost entirely of four crus – Grand Champagne, Petit Champagne, Fin Bois, and Bon Bois – and matured in french oak for a minimum of two years. It has an aromatic bouquet of ripe fruit and sweet spices and is smooth and mellow on the palate with a long finish showing notes of citrus and honeysuckle.
