Ardbeg's white-washed walls can be found nestling in a rocky cove on Islay's southern tip, and Uigeadail is the name of the loch from which all of Ardbeg’s water flows. The distillery was founded in 1815 by John McDougall. The Uigeadail, bottled at cask strength, Is a marriage of Ardbeg from bourbon barrels and from sherry butts, making for a malt with a sweet and smoky finish.
