A Lebanese spirit distilled from grape juice and fresh aniseeds, it is the national beverage of its motherland. Arak Razzouk is made from special varieties of sweet mountain grapes, which are crushed, fermented, and then distilled over a low fire and aged and mellowed for at least six months. Today, it is enjoyed on the rocks with an equal amount of water.
