Aalborg - Jubilaeums Aquavit (700ml)
Aalborg Aquavit is produced by De Danske Spritfabrikken (Danish Distillers Ltd.) in the city of Aalborg in the North Jutland region of Denmark. The distillery was founded in 1881 and today produces half the aquavit consumed worldwide. The regular aquavit produced here is flavored with caraway, as are many other versions of the spirit; Jubilaeums, however, is flavored instead with coriander and dill. Elegant and smooth, it also has hints of aniseed and citrus, and a touch of American oak adds suggestions of caramel and spice.
