Satsuma - Mura Mugi Shochu
Produced by the Iwagawa Jozo Distillery on the island of Kyushu, Satsuma Mura is a traditionally distilled honkaku imojochu from Kagoshima (home of the most famous imo shochus). It has a fragrant earthy nose and rich flavors with herbal undertones and a flood of sweetness ending in a lingering herbal tartness.
