Meisousui - Junmai Ginjo (720ml)
This sake is made from the best rice and pure spring water from the Funagata Mountains in Miyagi. Meisousui has a very light and bright flavor. As the name suggests (Meisou means meditation), this sake is a very relaxed, quiet sake. It is soft and smooth, but balanced and refreshing, with pleasant mid-palate starchiness and a faint coconut water flavor.
