Kurosawa - Nigori Sake (720ml)
Kurosawa Sake came out of Japan, hitting the market here in 1988; it was designed specifically with the American palate in mind and is not sold in Japan. It is now one of the most recognized premium sake brands available in the U.S. Kurosawa works closely with different breweries in Japan to develop sakes with unique flavors specifically for the U. S. market. This version, made in the Nigori style, has a fruity nose and a creamy umami flavor that make it an excellent match for spicy foods or desserts.
